All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 bit SSL security and cannot be intercepted by outside parties, guaranteed. We are also very committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud.

LEGAL

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is mislisted, ICARA Style reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically e-mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that ICARA Style has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, ICARA Style will issue a credit to your credit card account. 

MINORS & FAMILY MEMBERS

If you are a minor, you are able to use our service under supervision of a parent or guardian. If a minor makes a purchase using a parents’ or guardians’ credit card without personal authorization, ICARA Style is not responsible for any desired refunds or returns. This policy is the same for any family member, regardless of age. ICARA Style is not responsible for any refunds or returns for purchases without the credit card holder’s authorization. This will have to be disputed with their credit card company or family member.
