SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We require a signature for all deliveries exceeding $100. In the event that a shipping address is not included in an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address.

Please allow orders 1 to 2 business days before they are shipped using the Shipping Method specified. You will receive an e-mail confirmation and a tracking number once your package has shipped.


Shipping companies will make 3 attempts to deliver a package. After the 3rd attempt, they will contact the customer to inform them of their delivery. It is important to provide a reachable, valid phone number to prevent any further complications.

Shipping companies do not deliver on federal holidays.

We do not ship to P.O Boxes or A P.O. Box addresses. Orders will be automatically cancelled without a valid street address.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled via telephone, by calling 949-760-6669 before the order has shipped. However, if the order has been processed and shipped, you can no longer cancel the order.
